Effective 2 August 2026. By accessing or using a Ghanshyam Roadlines digital service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that company.
About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ghanshyam Roadlines website, mobile application, backend services, generated documents, and related digital features. Specific transport bookings or commercial arrangements may also be governed by quotations, receipts, invoices, consignment documents, or separately agreed terms. Where a separately agreed written term conflicts with this page, the separately agreed term controls for that transaction.
Authorised business use
The mobile application is intended for authorised business users. You must provide accurate information, keep your PIN and device secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials assigned to your company or users.
Information entered into the service
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of consignor, consignee, driver, vehicle, payment, shipment, tax, and other information entered into the service. You confirm that you have authority to provide personal or business information belonging to another person or organisation.
Using the service responsibly
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material, falsify transport or financial records, scrape data, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or the service.
Generated documents
Receipts, invoices, memos, quotations, GST statements, ledgers, and other generated documents are based on information entered by authorised users. Users should review each document before relying on or sharing it. Generated files support business workflows but do not replace professional tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Service operation
We work to keep our digital services secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, network conditions, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect access. Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property
The Ghanshyam Roadlines name, branding, website design, application software, and original service content belong to Ghanshyam Roadlines or its licensors. These terms grant only a limited right to use the service for its intended business purpose and do not transfer ownership.
Limits and lawful rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ghanshyam Roadlines is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by misuse, inaccurate user-entered information, unsupported devices, third-party networks, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal information
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Privacy questions or requests can be directed to our Ahmedabad office using the contact details published on the website.
