We process company or user identifiers, PIN-based login credentials, authentication tokens, and related account information needed to provide secure access.

Business and transport records

Information entered into the service may include names, phone numbers, business addresses, city and state, GST and invoice details, vehicle and driver details, delivery addresses, shipment information, freight and payment records, receipts, memos, quotations, ledgers, and other documents requested by users.

App usage and technical information

We may collect app screen activity, an internal user identifier, app version, device and operating-system information, network status, diagnostic events, crash reports, and similar technical data. This helps us keep the service stable and secure.

Website information

Our servers may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time, and security logs when you visit the website.

How we use information

• Provide, authenticate, maintain, and secure the website and mobile application.
• Create and manage receipts, invoices, memos, quotations, GST statements, ledgers, and transport records.
• Support consignor, consignee, vehicle, driver, shipment, and account-management workflows.

• To Google Firebase services for app analytics and crash diagnostics. Advertising-ID collection and personalised-advertising signals are disabled in our Android app.
• To comply with applicable law, lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Ghanshyam Roadlines, our users, or others.
• As part of a business reorganisation, merger, or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transport and accounting records, meet tax or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods vary by record type and operational need. Information may remain in secure backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access and restricted application functions. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users should keep their PIN confidential, use only authorised devices, and contact us promptly if they suspect unauthorised access.
